BLOOD ORANGE, KIWI & MINT FRUIT SALAD

INGREDIENTS
- 2 blood oranges (tarocco, or moro orange ) 
- 2 kiwis 
- 2 teaspoons honey 
- 7-8 mint leaves 
- pinch of flaky sea salt 
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice oranges and kiwi into 1/4 inch rounds, then slice off peels and arrange on a plate. 
- Drizzle honey, top with mint leaves. 
NOTES
- Notes: sea salt is optional, but it really gives another depth of flavor to this sweet fruit salad 
- Leftovers and Storage: store fruit salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days
